Disneyland Adventure 2008 Spring break
Spring break 2008 we surprised Shayne by taking him to Disneyland. He had no idea that he was going there. We did not tell him until we were walking across the street to the park. He was surprised and excited. We had a wonderful time.
Helping with the Eagle project for Chris Johnson
Shayne is helping dig some 500 hole at the Spings Preserve for Chris Johnson's Eagle project.
Alyssa's Honor Guard Detail
Alyssa and her Honor Guard detail at the opening ceremonies for the Nascar Races. She is holding the Nevada State flag. Oh, and for all of you who did not watch it, that is Josh Gracin singing the National Anthiem.
The Howitzer Gun
Ski Patrol showed the boys how they prevent avalanches with the use of an old Howitzer gun the US Army gave them. They also gave each one of the boys a used mortar shell to take home with them. I think this was the best part of the whole trip.
